This is my information. I am a building surveying graduate who will undertake my professional exam in coming November and I'll have a mock exam on the Sept

My examination is last for 4 days, I'll first receive the question paper on Day 1, then I've 3 days to work on my design scheme with my partner in a room, while I've 6-7 student helpers to help us prepare the presentation boards and search for information on another room. On the 4 day, I'll have my presentation done then the whole exam will be finished!

As the mock will be at the end of Sept, and the real on will be on the beginning of Nov, so I gotta rent for 2 months form mid Sept to mid Nov...
So, we are looking for all kind of buildings such as residential, industrial and commercial for around 200- 500sq.ft It's better to have a separate room. The perfect location is in Mong kok/Prince Edward and Kwai Tsing district. However, any good location near the MTR is acceptable. Our budge is around HKD 2-4K per month.

We won't live in the flat during these 2 months, and we will only present for total 6 full days only and some time for setting up the computer, tables and desks only.

So it's perfect if you have a spare bedroom to share for me to discuss the scheme, while the living room is able to let the helpers to do some paper works!!
