During the 4th of July celebrations this town throws a commercial fireworks display in the recreational area just down the hill. Our fire pit is the perfect place to sit and enjoy the show! At then end of my three laned wide asphalt driveway is my 1.5 wide electric remote opening garage door that has the extra wide brick faced that match the house. This holds my big chest freezer, a heavy duty whole house back up 10k surge generator wired underground to the homes basement and first floor. The garage also stores the Ram 1500 eco diesel truck ( that could be included for another $35k), the enormous gas snow blower, big work bench, numerous tool boxes and shelving. There is aluminum pull down to get to the floored and shelved attic. Hanging from the garage ceiling are four new bikes. Next to the garage is another large storage shed that is connected and has electric power if needed. In the yard are the tandem kayak and single fishing kayak on a dual 8 x 10 aluminum snow mobile trailer. Both the garage and home have newer matching tiled roofs!
I paid $135k when new at a 20 year note for 5.5% thru dealer. Can get 10 to 15 year notes at around the current 4%! If I do not sell the unit this year, my plan is to take lease profits and just pay off the RV (probably in less then 3 years).
This RV has less then average mileage on it and with the "in Motion Satellite King Dome" you have your favorite TV channels even while driving all over the USA getting 13 MPG. With the on board Gen Set you can dry camp just about any where. Wal Mart and Sam's Club lot actually advise your more then welcome. Solar GPS tracking system used during rentals. Last four just Summer rental seasons it grossed over $70k in rentals.
